Welcome to Empowered Heart Doula Services, LLC. I’m Amanda, a birth doula trained through DONA International.

My passion for pregnancy and birth began well before I had my first child in 2010, and has blossomed since then. I attended my first birth as a doula in 2014, and began seriously pursuing my doula career in 2016.

As a doula, my priority is YOU. I want you to feel supported, educated and informed throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I support birthing people in making the best decision for them, regardless of my own personal preferences. Birthing people who are supported during their birthing time are more satisfied with their birth experience, even if it doesn’t go according to plan. As your doula, I strive to empower you and your partner throughout the process, providing information, support and encouragement along the way.

I am located in the South Metro, and serve families in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
